We now offer remote support where we can connect securely to your computer, diagnose and fix many problems without the need for a visit. We can also help with setting up new programs and devices such as printers & cameras. If your problem cannot be fixed remotely, we can offer you a visit at your home or business, if you are located within the Gloucestershire area.
Once your session is finished, we will be disconnected from your computer. If you need any further support, you will need to join a new session.
Charges
£15 for an initial 30 minute session
Additional time to work on your problem is charged at £10 per 30 minutes
We will send you a secure online payment link to pay by credit/debit card on completion of your session
