It is our policy to continue to be mindful of COVID-19 and the concerns of those who may be vulnerable. In addition to home visits, we are continuing to offer a remote support service, which can be used to diagnose and fix many problems without needing to enter your home.

We ask that you provide access to hand washing facilities on arrival. We will wear gloves & a face mask and ask that you open doors/windows to allow fresh airflow while we're working.

Please inform us as soon as possible if any member of your household has any symptoms, so that we can re-arrange your appointment.
